Summer is approaching and some of us have found comfort in eating. Some have started new diets and exercise regiments. To that end, we are all looking for the right foods to eat, healthier foods to be exact. The problem is finding healthy desserts. Well, I have one just for you! So as you prepare your healthy meal, you don't have to leave out the desserts! Here's a quick dessert idea for you that's not only sweet, but won't break your diet. It’s my “Martini Berry Delight.”
Ingredients: Martini glasses (plastic will do, but I prefer the real deal) Granola Fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries Cool whip
Directions: Layer martini glass with ingredients, separating the granola and berries. Top with berries and ready to serve.
Tips: You can decorate the glasses with a cute bow at the stem to coordinate with your theme or do graham cracker crumbs around the rim.
